Products will be delivered by GLS Courier in most countries. Key points to note:

• The GLS Courier company requires that the phone number provided for delivery be issued by the destination country of the parcel; otherwise, the recipient will not be notified of the parcel’s arrival by phone.
• Delivery is free in Europe, in the countries listed below (authorised countries).
• We are not currently delivering to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Turkey, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Norway, Republic of Moldova and United Kingdom which are currently restricted from transactions until issues with customs duties are resolved.

• Romania: within 3-5 working days
• Bulgaria, Hungary: within 5 working days
• Poland, Slovakia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Austria: within 6 working days
• Slovenia, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium: within 7 working days
• Denmark, Italy: within 8 working days
• France, Sweden: within 9 working days
• Ireland, Portugal, Spain (excluding Canary Islands), Finland: within 10 working days
